Need Help Identifying This Card !

I recently received a pile of Glavine cards with the card below included. However, this card did not give me many clues about its origin. Given the dates being mentioned on the back I guess the card is from 1992. Does anybody know which set this card belongs to ? Many thanks for your help !

Need Help Indentifying This Card !

Quick post from me today. I recently received a pile of Tom Glavine cards including the one displayed below. I would love to add the details to my Glavine Collection which has been growing nicely in recent months. However, I can't seem to be able to identify this card as the card itself doesn't give me a lot of hints. The back gives me some hints as it displays "2003" as well as the Donruss and Leaf logos. Furthermore, the card is serial numbered to #/27. Have a look...
