Donruss is back ! To be honest I thought the base set was not great, actually a bit boring. However, the set does contain a few cool cards, including Bat Kings ! Here's one of Rizzo I was able to get my hands on !!

I agree with you on the base set... not eye catching by any means, but I do really like some of the inserts. I haven't seen the Rizzo yet and boy am I jealous! Nice one!
ReplyDeleteThe base is a nice homage to Donruss of old, but it feels too forced. They should get rid of the gloss and print it on chipboard like Heritage. It would feel better then, even though it would still suck without the license.
