Panini Redemption Arrived and moving into Trade Bait !

Believe it or not but I just received a Panini Redemption ! Good news for me and maybe good news for you because it´s for trade ! I don´t collect American Football cards and don´t know Carl Eller. So if you are interested in trading the card below let me know. Given my lack of Football knowledge I will just assume he was a legend, the cards states he is in the Football HoF, so I need at least a Kershaw or Glavine auto in return !! Just kidding of course, any fair offer will be entertained !!

Allen & Ginter extra trade bait !!

In addition to the Cubs relics trade bait I showed a few days ago I have some more on offer after breaking a few boxes, something I do each year. My first Ginter of 2013, Topher Style !!

I love Allen & Ginter and for me it's probably the most fun set in the year ! During my holiday A&G came out so I missed the fun. However, the next few days I will catch up with 2 Allen & Ginter Group break loots and my own few box breaks ! Plenty to trade so keep your eye on it in case you, like me, are trying to complete the Allen & Ginter set this year and/or you are looking for some specific relic cards !!

First-up is my loot from Topher's Group break at Crackin Wax !! I took the Cubs in hope for some Rizzo loot. I won't bore you with all the base cards or inserts and just stick to the relics and minis. All relics are for trade so let me know in case of any interest !

Next-up, another relic card, this time it's Castro. In addition, Topher added a bonus Bowman card, thanks !!

Any Hellickson Collectors out there ?

As many of you know I collect all Kershaw cards, next to Glavine and Blyleven probably the key focus of my collection. Two weeks ago I was able to pick up a great Kershaw card from last year's Museum Collection. I didn't want to pass up this opportunity as the card was limited to only 15 copies so I was not sure I would ever get another chance to grab one. However, this card came with a catch, or actually 5 catches. The catch was that I could only buy the Kershaw card if I also bought 5 extra Jeremy Hellickson cards. All in all a good deal given the total price I paid for the 6 cards. These were great Hellickson cards as well, but.....I don't collect Hellickson cards. Therefore, I now officially have some cool Hellickson trade bait !! Any Hellickson or Tampa Bays Rays collectors out there ????

A really great card and a cool addition to my Kershaw PC !! Now let's move to the Trade Bait !! Two Tribute cards, one numbered to /15 and one to /25 !

Next up two Tribute cards from 2011, both numbered to /75 !

Lastly, a cool Museum Collection from 2012, numbered to only /25 !

Goodwin anyone ?

A while back I was able to get my hands on a 2012 Upper Deck Goodwin Champions box cheaply. I had never opened one so was curious to see it. I must admit I was a bit disappointed and this doesn't do it for me to be honest. Still, it did contain one or two cool cards. Everything you see is for trade as I am not going to chase the set !!

First up, Hulk Hogan, didn't he have his own TV show recently, I know him from his guest appearances on the A-Team, my favourite TV show as a kid ! Also meet Jason Kidd !

Series 2: For Trade !

So each year I love to open a few boxes of Topps Series 1 & 2 and this year was no different !! I was able to complete the base set and have a pile of base for trade. Furthermore, and disappointing, all the inserts of 2 of the boxes were the same so I still need a lot of inserts. The good news for all of you, I have stuff to trade !!

Let's start with the hits ! Two for trade, one to keep ! Some metal first, a Mike Trout Proven Mettle.

The second one was a Chasing History relic: Alex Gordon !

Lastly, the hit I am keeping (although it's one from my least favourite Yankee to be honest)

Now let's move to the insert, all are for trade as these were are doubles. First up, the Minis !

Next up, my favourite insert, inline with The Greats of Series 1, meet The Elite !

My 2nd favourite insert set, Cut to the Chase ! Still trying to complete the Series 1 insert set as well !

Two more inserts, Making their Mark and World Baseball Classics, I like them, Topps did a good job on the insert side with Series 2 (yes, I said it!).

Lastly, a few coloured parallels, one pink for the ladies (#/50) and a black one (#/62)

Triple Play Trade Bait !

For the fun of it I openend a box of Panini Triple Play a few months back and only just now really had the time to go through it. Although it's a fun set I will not trying to complete this one as I have to pick my battles !! This does mean that besides the few cards for my player collections I have a load of Triple Play Trade Bait. Therefore, if you need any 2012 Panini Triple Play cards to complete your set let me know and we can set something up !!

Fleer Metal Box Break & Trade Bait

Once in a while I try to open an "old" box which is usually a lot of fun ! This time around I got a 1996 Metal box on the cheap. Normally I always hope to score at least a Glavine from the set but I had bad luck with this one. Still, it was a fun break and most of it is for trade in case you are trying to complete the set (or are interested in the players/teams). Here's an overview of some of the cool cards !!
