Flying Dutchman Museum Piece !!

As most of you know I love to chase Blyleven cards, the best pitcher with Dutch roots !! Last week I was able to score a Blyleven Museum Collection Auto card. Here it is !!

A Pitcher with a Bat !!

Kershaw is quickly becoming the main focus of my collection (after Glavine of course!). Topps Museum Collection this year has a couple of great Kershaw cards. Last week I was able to pick a Jumbo Lumber card which looks pretty cool )although the bat is of course ot from any specific game, event or season, as Topps nicely puts it !).

I am planning to chase some more Kershaw Museum Collection cards so wish me luck ! Thanks for the visit today !

Museum Score !!

I was recently chasing a Kershaw Museum Collection Quad Qualities card. However, the card was offered as part of a package of several Museum cards. I was shocked that I won the complete package for only $26. Before we move to the trade bait let's have a look at the Kershaw shall we !!

Cool card in my view. That was not all as the package include 2 more cards for my collection. One of the Kershaw's numbered base cards and also a Maury Wills Auto card, although I am not a Dodger collector I am going to add that one to my Legends collection !

But....that was not all, the pack included some more cool cards !! Let's have a look at this Chad Billingsley Primary Pieces relic card, numbered to only 75 !!

But...that was not all, it included another Chad Billingsley Primary Pieces relic card, this one numbered to only 25 !!!

Lastly, the pack included a Duke Snider numbered base card !!

All of the above for close to $25, a real lucky break I had there ! The Snider and the Billingsley are for trade so happy to entertain any offers and set up a trade !!

More minis !!

I am still in a quest to complete the 2013 Gyspsy Queen minis set. I am having some nice progress but still have a bunch to go. Last week I was able to pick up a few more. Here they are!

The Letter R !!

As you might have seen a few weeks ago, I am trying to complete Kershaw's name with the Upper Deck Icons Lettermen patch cards, a fun challenge. A week or so ago I was able to score the "R", my fourth letter already !! Given that they are numbered to just 30 it will be a heck of a challenge but let's give it a try. Meet the letter R !!

My first Redemption !!

Last week I received my first ever Topps redemption, a Triple Crown Miguel Cabrera !! A was a little worried that the redemption scheme might not work when based in the Netherlands but it arrived safe and sound. With some Glavine Tribute redemption still to come I am hopefull these will arrive safely as well !! Here's the Triple Corwn card, a cool one !!

Cardboard Conundrum loot !!

Quick post today as every trade deserves a post ! I recently expressed some interest in a Lincecum card, pulled by Matt at Cardboard Conundrum, the start of a cool trade ! This is the card the trade started with, a cool, very thick card, celebrating his 2008 CY Young Award. Not sure if he can regain his old form again in the coming years, let's hope so !!

Matt also found some cards from my Want List, 2 beautifull "The Greats" inserts !

A Calling Card was also present, it's Youkilis !

Lastly, Matt included a Chasing History insert card of Buehrle I still needed !
