When spending some time on eBay a few weeks ago I came across the most awesome card I had ever seen (be it in my short life as a baseball card collector). I couldn't stop staring at the screen for at least a few minutes.... It combined one of my favorites sets (Masterpieces), one of my favorite players (Tom Glavine), an autograph and a beautiful patch !! To top it off, it was also numbered to #25, making me think that if I didn't act now I might not see one of these 25 cards ever again. Therefore, I decided to join the bidding. Luckily for me no last-second snippers were active (or at least they failed!) which resulted in a awesome delivery earlier this week.

I just simply love the look and feel of this card, a really nice autograph and a great looking multi-color patch. The only inconsistency is that the card indicated the Braves while displaying a Mets uniform and patch. Still, I guess it will be difficult now to top this one as my number 1 Tom Glavine card but you never know and the fun is to keep looking !!
